I’ve had the pleasure of delivering a guest lecture on The Realities of Organizational Alignment: Building an Authentic Brand from the Inside Out to Master’s level students in the Authentic Leader class at Columbia SPS. Drawing from my experience scaling brands with multi-million-dollar growth, the session focused on how alignment drives influence and why an authentic strategy requires clarity, credibility, and consistency. I provided students with practical tools to diagnose misalignment and shared real-world strategies for driving change within a corporate setting, including lessons from M&A brand integrations.
